NeoFresh is the fresh fruits, vegetables and produce delivery division of Farmnova Dairytech Private Limited. NeoFresh supplies carefully sourced produce directly to customer homes within designated delivery locations.
1.2 How does NeoFresh operate?Customers check service availability, place orders, select delivery slot and receive goods at doorstep or at permitted drop point.
NeoFresh delivers only to apartments, buildings and locations listed as serviceable. If your location does not appear in list, service is not available currently.
2.2 Will new areas be added?Yes. Areas are added gradually after fulfilment teams complete mapping, supplier alignment and building entry permission.
Delivery is done within scheduled morning and evening slots. Delivery may arrive anytime within scheduled slot depending on travel distance, traffic, gate verification and route sequencing.
3.2 Do you deliver every day?Deliveries occur typically from Wednesday to Monday. Tuesday is non delivery day reserved for system maintenance, sourcing alignment and quality checks. National holidays may also be non delivery days.
Modification and cancellation are allowed only before cut off time. Once order is processed for dispatch or packaging has initiated, alteration may not be possible.
4.2 How is order confirmed?After payment or confirmation, system generates digital record, initiates packing and assigns delivery.
Delivery team must follow building rules. If building restricts entry to floor or unit, goods may be handed over at authorised reception or gate location.
5.2 If delivery happens at gate, will it be considered complete?Yes. If building policy requires delivery at gate and customer agrees or gate collects on customer behalf, that is valid completion.
